The room was very spacious, clean, with very comfortable king size bed. Very large for European hotel. Nespresso coffee maker was wonderful. Safe area. Only tacky observation was that they charge to rent umbrellas. I would think that a nice hotel would offer them as a complementary service. Lobby needs updating, but not important given the comfort and spaciousness of room.

I stayed with my family for one night at Hotel Bristol Stephanie and then at Thon City Centre (see other review). We stayed in the deluxe family room with a sauna. I have to say that the reception was really excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were genuinely friendly. They were accommodating and customer-oriented. The hotel looked nice and tidy. My room was fine and had a luxurious feel to it. The room was clean, and the bathroom was also fine. The sauna was enjoyable and definitely recommended if you want relaxation. The only criticism is that the breakfast is excessively expensive. You can easily have breakfast in the area for much less. The surroundings are also fine. You stay on a lively street with many shops. The next day, I went to the other hotel to be closer to the city center. From both hotels, I would only return to Hotel Bristol Stephanie next time.

Fine hotel, to high priced Location is near the centre, you can park below the hotel. The employee at the reception was really arrogant. Not welcoming. He was an exception tough. And I got an upgrade to superior. The bed is super, room furniture and decoration is good. Bathroom is a bit mouldy. And there is no trashbin in the room. Bit uneasy. The breakfast is tasty and fresh, but also way too much expensive with 38 euro pp. van der valk will offer you more for 25 eur.

This is by far one of the best hotels for business purposes. Firstly, the staff are so friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean, spacious, with a personal sauna thrown in. Breakfast and dinner, great portions, selection and great attention to detail. I'm only half way through my stay, looking forward to staying here in the coming days. I would certainly recommend and look forward to coming back again very soon. Well done to the management team of this wonderful hotel.

We loved staying in our beautiful and spacious room which had a big bathroom, a separate toilet with sink and a (small, two persons) sauna. I would have preferred a simple shower over the shower in a bathtub construction, because to me this is way more convenient. But I understand some people love taking a bath. The room was equipped with all the amenities you would expect. There was even a big sofa to relax on. But the highlight of the room was definitely the two person sauna. A great way to relax. I enjoyed the fact that you received a voucher for a free drink if you indicated that the cleaning staff didn't need to clean your room in the morning. A nice gesture for the environment! The hotel breakfast was great. Lots of different options to choose from. Of course I went for a full English breakfast, which was very good. Loved the smoked salmon and the goat cheese also! The buffet really had something for everyone. There were also plenty of sweet food options and glutenfree and dairy free options. We consumed our vouchers in the hotel bar, a stylish place, but the white wine was kind of mediocre. Of course the boys went for a glass of beer. When in Brussels...
